Hani’s Cement Rendering

I selected hani’s cement rendering to render my house, he has done a very clean,good and excellent job,he was very honest and advised me what is best for the house.i am really happy with the finish of the walls and highly recommend him to anyone looking for good job

I have used Hani for some rendering work at my place. I have found him to be an excellent worker, honest and a professional renderer with an eye for detail. He is reasonably priced and never takes a break when working. He delivers what is desired and never takes any short cuts with his work. I highly recommend Hani to anyone. He cleans the area where he works and never damages any surrounding area. He takes pride in what he does and gives you a product at the end that is self satisfying. I am about to use Hani for another set of works at my place.

Hani has rendered our front fence and our back retainer wall.
To be quite honest, my wife and I have been building for quite some time and we have dealt with so many tradespeople, most will come in and rush the job, leave you with dissapointment as today’s tradesman in our highest demanding period of construction only come in to slap and wack things together, to only get paid and run to the next job……. well with Hani, it’s totaly opposite to all…..
I googled for a rendered online and happen to come across Hani.
After we met onsite was impressing as Hani was the only Renderer to provide well advise even tho it was a disadvantage to himself due to extra work needed, but Hani only showed me passion and great effort within his work.
After Hani quoted and priced the job, I immediately hired him as the price was absolutely smashing comparing to many others !!!
The final finish… on behalf of my wife and myself, was pure pleasure to inspect and view the completed job…..
“Absolute no faults in any way!!”
….. was very surprised to see one good tradesperson constantly using a level for a perfect level finish!

Hani was called to take a look at an unsatisfactory job that was done prior to my front fence.
After detailed consultation and discussion on procedure to rectify i instructed Hani to proceed.
The outcome oversatisied my expectations. He was particular to detail and the result was a clean perfect result that i couldnt be more happy with.

Hani is utmost proffessional and an absolute gentleman. Had him do small job in Rosemeadow amidst uncertain weather. Hani was patient, enthusiastic and kind. Thoroughly recommend him.

I used Hani to render some block retaining walls in my backyard. We had 3 different types of block surface to render in a small area and that was no problem for Hani. He recommended 3 different preparation techniques that no one else mentioned.
His work is amazing ! Such attention to detail and a perfect finish. The area was left very clean and tidy. We are very happy with his work and he is a true gentleman.
